Naughtyfish wins Best of Show at Mohawk Show 12

We were thrilled to hear recently that our brochure Ordinary day, took Best of Show at Mohawk Show 12.

The Mohawk Show honors the impact of the graphic design industry and the important role that design plays in our culture. The Mohawk Show 12 jury included Stanley Hainsworth, Jorge Alderete, Michael Jager and Susana Rodriguez de Tembleque.

We were invited to submit a design for the Australian Graphic Design Association (AGDA) membership card. Alongside is one of our completed cards.

Spine Totem

This spine ‘Totem’ was created to identify issues of Desktop magazine during 2012.

The totem graphic is divided into 11 parts, which will roll out over the months of the year.

We broke the features down into four parts [forehead/chin, eyes, nose, mouth] so that the spines can be combined in various ways to create new faces and designs.

It’s just been announced that we’re finalists in the Australian Creative Magazine Hotshop Awards in the Graphic Design category.

In the Hotshop awards, organisations are judged by their performance and output for the year. Winners will be announced at the end of March, fingers crossed! See the other nominees here

For the second year running, Naughtyfish Design has won a Platinum award from Graphis, the international adjudicator of graphic design excellence.

The Platinum Awards are the highest award given by Graphis.
