‘Re-Loved’ is an exhibition that we are participating in as part of Sydney Design 2010. Contributors had to ‘re-love’ a chair that had been discarded. Shown here is one of our submissions, ‘SCHOOL CHAIR’. The exhibition is on at the Powerhouse Museum until 10 October 2010. View more detail of the project here.

We’re participating in a couple of events in Sydney Design this year.
The first is ‘re-Loved’, a chair exhibition that also features the work of Chris Bosse, Adam Goodrum, Chris Hardy, Cecilia Heffer, Liesl Hazelton, Andrew Simpson and Christina Waterson. Its on at the Powerhouse and it runs from 31 July – 10 October. For more information, click here

'Global Warning', a poster we created last year was awarded a platinum award in the 2011 Graphis Poster Competition. We were also awarded two Golds in the same competition.

We were recently in Cape Town for the Design Indaba international design conference. As usual, the conference didn't disappoint. Highlights for us this year were Chilean architect Alejandro Aravena, Dutch product designer Christien Meindertsma, UK Interaction designers Troika and trend forecaster Li Edelkoort.

The results of the Creative Magazine Hotshop Awards are in. We were finalists is two categories, Design and In-House and lost out to Alt Group (New Zealand) in both categories. Well done to Dean Poole and the team at Alt and also to Toko & Droga5, our fellow finalists. See the announcement here
