We believe in the power of a great idea. For us the best ideas happen when we have all the facts, when we understand what needs to be achieved. This understanding is the fodder of great work. Ideas create points of difference, they feed insights. Therefore access to information, research, and people is vital for success.

Playful
Play is an important part of the creative process. It allows us to discover new ways of doing things. Like the fish* in our brand story, we are constantly evolving–learning, responding to change, change in technology, thought and society. We don’t believe in a formulaic approach to design, every task is different, we drop our preconceptions at the start of every project and we let the answers determine the best way to go.
